Processing time for orders is :

3-6 *business days in France

Return through your local post office, at your own expense, the article(s) in the package. You just have to seal it with some tape and join the filled attached sheet on what already appears your order number. Don't forget to indicate your address on the back of the package.

NB: Don't send it as a registered package, nor by another carrier than your own local post office, otherwise the package would be automatically sent back to you. Choose the option to simply slide in a mailbox.

How is my return treated after its shipping back ?

We, by right, DYG can refuse any return that does not respect the return conditions above. Any messed, dirtied or washed article won't be accepted.
