Extended return delay : at the end of confinement + 14 days : it means after the end of confinement, you still have 14 days to return.
(usually : Return by 14 days starting from the order reception date).

You only have to follow the 2 instructions below:
Return through your local post office, at your own expense, the article(s) in the package. You just have to seal it with some tape and join the filled attached sheet on what already appears your order number. Don't forget to indicate your address on the back of the package.

- by code to reorder with free shipping what ever you want. You can use this code serveral times, but you will get free shipping only once. The code will appear directly on your customer account, no more action is necessary to do, you can find it there, when you connect.

We, by right, DYG can refuse any return that does not respect the return conditions above. Any messed, dirtied or washed article won't be accepted.
